Ingredients

1 cup Greek yogurt
2 tbsp tomato paste
1 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp enchilada sauce
1 tsp smoked paprika
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp chili powder
Juice of 1/2 lime
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Combine yogurt, tomato paste, olive oil, enchilada sauce.
Add spices and lime juice; whisk until smooth.
Taste and adjust seasoning.
Chill 15 minutes.
Serve over your favorite bean salad.
