Description

A natural Japanese Mounjaro drink designed to help reduce cravings, balance digestion, and support weight loss — made with pink salt, lemon, apple cider vinegar, and baking soda.


Ingredients

Scale

1 cup filtered water

1/4 tsp Japanese pink salt

1 tbsp apple cider vinegar

Juice from 1/2 lemon

Pinch of baking soda (optional)


Instructions

Add filtered water to a glass.

Squeeze in lemon juice.

Add apple cider vinegar and pink salt.

Sprinkle in baking soda if desired.

Stir until fully dissolved and drink immediately.

Notes
