Ingredients
1 cup warm water
1 tbsp raw apple cider vinegar
1/4 tsp Himalayan pink salt
1 tbsp lemon juice (optional)
Instructions
Warm water slightly (not boiling).
Dissolve pink salt in water.
Add lemon juice and apple cider vinegar.
Stir well and drink on an empty stomach.
Notes
Use raw, unfiltered ACV for best results.
Optional: add ginger, cinnamon, or honey for flavor.
