A calming herbal tea using Korean lemon balm (Baechohyang) to support digestion, reduce bloat, and naturally promote a flatter stomach.
Ingredients
1 tbsp dried Korean lemon balm
2–3 lemon slices
3 slices fresh ginger
1 tsp raw honey (optional)
2 cups filtered water`),
Instructions
Boil 2 cups of water.
Turn off heat and add lemon balm, lemon, and ginger.
Cover and steep for 8–10 minutes.
Strain and add honey if desired.
Serve warm or over ice.
Notes
Best consumed before meals or at bedtime.
