Description

A calming, natural tea blend that mimics some of Ozempic’s appetite-reducing benefits using lemon balm, green tea, and apple cider vinegar.


Ingredients

Scale

1 tbsp dried lemon balm (or 2 tbsp fresh)

1 tsp green tea leaves

1 tbsp raw apple cider vinegar

Juice of ½ lemon

Pinch of pink salt

Optional: pinch of baking soda

2 cups filtered water


Instructions

Boil the water and steep the lemon balm for 5–7 minutes.

Add green tea leaves and steep for 2 more minutes.

Strain the tea into a jar or mug.

Stir in the apple cider vinegar, lemon juice, and pink salt.

Add baking soda if desired and mix well.

Serve warm or chilled.

Notes

Drink once daily before dinner for best results.

Avoid combining with sedatives or thyroid medications.

Use organic ingredients when possible for best flavor and benefit.
