Description

A calming lemon balm tea recipe that helps with digestion, stress, and gentle weight loss. Great hot or iced


Ingredients

Scale

1 cup fresh lemon balm leaves (or 2 tbsp dried)

1 inch fresh ginger, sliced

Juice of ½ lemon

1 tsp raw honey (optional)

2 cups filtered hot water


Instructions

Heat water to just under a boil.

Add lemon balm and sliced ginger to teapot or French press.

Pour in hot water and let steep for 7–10 minutes.

Strain into mug.

Add lemon juice and honey if using.

Sip warm, or chill and enjoy over ice.

Notes

Use organic lemon balm for best results.

Add cucumber or mint for a refreshing summer version.

Best consumed between meals or before bed.
