Description

This fresh raw carrot salad is crisp, simple, and naturally supports hormone balance.


Ingredients

Scale

3 large carrots, grated

n2 tbsp lemon juice

n1 tbsp olive oil

n1 tsp honey (optional)

nSalt & pepper to taste


Instructions

Wash and peel the carrots if desired.

nGrate the carrots into a bowl.

nAdd lemon juice, olive oil, honey if using, salt and pepper.

nToss well just before serving.

nGarnish with fresh herbs if desired.
